Issue descriptionExample URL: www.youtube.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. www.youtube.com 2. move to desktop version of the page, play a video. 3. Zoom the page by pinching and scroll right. 4. Now click on the seek bar, Observe the controls are not working properly. What is the expected behavior? The controls should work properly. What went wrong? The problem seems to happening depending on the left offset of the page, which seems to be missed in calculation. So it is not working. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: N OS Flash Version: nothing.

We are not able to repro this issue on LG V20/7.0.0 and Pixel-XL/7.0.0. Could u please give us more information about the device?

Tested the issue on Latest Stable# 62.0.3202.84 using Samsung J7 and Nexus 6P (Android 7.0.0 / 8.1.0) and could not reproduce the issue. @mpruthvi -- Could you please re-check on Latest Stable and update the latest update behavior, if reproducible provide us with the screen cast. Thanks in Advance.
