Overlapping of text contents is seen after resizing in 'Application' section of devtools.

Issue descriptionVersion: 58.0.3025.6 6c1332290fc0f9c3b59345fde8c6476367c31395-refs/branch-heads/3025@{#9} OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools. 2. Now press 'Esc' key to open 'Console' drawer and go to 'Application' section 3. Now resize the 'Manifest' window by dragging it to RHS and drag the console drawer upwards,observe the text content Actual: Overlapping of text contents is seen after resizing manifest window Expected: Overlapping of text contents should not be seen after resizing manifest window This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-58 series as text content in 'manifest' window appears from build # 58.0.3022.0 Kindly review the attached screen cast and video for reference.
