Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8872.76.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.105 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8872.76.0 (Official Build) stable-channel samus Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have a window in Chrome OS fullscreen view (F4) 2. Open a new tab 3. Click and drag the tab 4. Alt+tab to window (1) What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The currently dragged tab disappears Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.105 Channel: n/a OS Version: 8872.76.0 Flash Version: In general the new Alt+tab switcher breaks dragging, be it files, text, even tabs. I would expect dragging items between windows to be a common workflow pattern, even when it involves Alt+tabbing between windows.

Sorry, I was unclear above: 1. Open a window in Chrome OS fullscreen view (F4) 2. Create a new, non-maximized window with Ctrl+N 3. While dragging window (2) title bar, hit Alt-tab and release Let me know if this works. Just updated to 56.0.2924.110, the aforementioned bug still plagues me.

Closing WontFix since this should work in 57. Please re-open if you repro post-57

I could kind of repro with v60. One can successfully drag the window to the fullscreen window, but after Alt-tabbing to the fullscreen window the dragged window visually disappears from the screen. Once you get to the tabs at top, you can see the tab being added.
