Opening files in Sources sometime opens a duplicate blank version

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click on a file in sources
2. Duplicates open of all the files that are blank.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Multiple blank files are opened.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.10.5
Flash Version: 

This one is hard to reproduce. It doesn't happen all the time so I am not sure what triggers it.
