Can't undo changes make to a file in Sources after reloading

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Make a change
2. Reload page
3. Try and undo change

What is the expected behavior?
Before I updated this wasn't ever an issue. I could undo whenever needed.

What went wrong?
Simply can't undo changes. I have lost code a few times because of this.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.10.5
