Sentry - 4K External Monitor failed to display when connected with HoHo

Issue description

Chrome Version: 58.0.3021.3
Platform: 9313.1.0 (Official Build) dev-channel sentry

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Login to device
(2)Connect 4k extended monitor using HoHo (HP Z 32x - HSTND-9081-A) http://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/hp-dreamcolor-z32x-professional-display

What is the expected result?
4K extended monitor should display

What happens instead?
4K extended monitor failed to display.


Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
1. Also tried with 2 other 4K monitors  
- LG IPS LED monitor 27UD88 - Failed to display 
( http://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-27UD88-W-4k-uhd-led-monitor )
- Lenovo ThinkVision P27 27” Wide UHD IPS Monitor - Lenovo worked fine.
( https://www.cdw.com/shop/products/Lenovo-ThinkVision-X1-LED-monitor-27in/4051741.aspx )
 
2. 4K monitor (HP & LG) when connected with Apple USB-C multiport adapter, it works fine.
