Mark a bot in special color on buildbot console when all slaves of the master are offline

When all slaves of a master are offline, the buildbot console just shows the last status of the bot which may be just green.

Bug 696739 is an example of the situation.

If the bot is shown in a special color it will be helpful for sheriffs etc. to notice the situation and fix it earlier.

Thanks for the report. The builder shows up as offline on the console view, e.g. here: https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.webkit/console

I meant the console view. It seemed to be green when I filed bug 696739, but now I think I must have remembered something wrong.
