What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Install Secure Shell Chrome App.
(2) Sync profile on multiple OS
(3) Set app to "Open in Window" via right-click context menu on chrome://apps
(4) Come back in a few days and try to launch it

What is the expected result?
The app should still open in a new window.

What happens instead?
It doens't open in a new window.

I think this is because Mac doesn't support the "Open in Window" setting, so the pref gets lost, and then synced back.
