all EME conformance widevine tests on yt-dash-mse-test failed because of error: EME is not available

Thom, can you take a look what's the problem? this issue NOT repro on 55.0.2883.87. Since other widevine videos (e.g DRM video on shaka player, YouTube paid movie) are played normally, I am not sure this is a widevine bug or chrome EME bug.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) navigate to http://yt-dash-mse-test.commondatastorage.googleapis.com/unit-tests/tip.html?test_type=encryptedmedia-test&timestamp=1488230734727
(2) launch inspector console
(3) click Run All 

What is the expected result?
all Widevine tests pass

What happens instead?
all 5 Widevine tests failed because of error: EME is not available

As of M58, EME only works on https. That might be the reason for the failure.

that's correct. after change to https://, those widevine tests pass as normal.
