my_activity.py: HTML entities should be escaped in markdown mode

If HTML entities exist in the titles of CLs or bugs, they should be escaped in markdown mode.

One correct example is:
 * [Avoid using getClassName() to avoid issues with <svg>](http://crrev.com/2438893005)
