Known network is not aligned undermd-settings

Issue description

Chrome  Version 58.0.3021.0/9313.0.0

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Go to md-settings
(2)Check the known networks alignment
(3)

Expected Result:Aligned

Actual Result:Not Aligned

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.

That looks all sorts of incorrect, it might have been a temporary bug that has since been fixed, but will also be irrelevant shortly anyway.
