Does clang need to be rolled again from 296320 to 296388+?

This roll was to pick up r296005 mentioned on that bug. 388 seems not super important -- we'll pick it up eventually, but it doesn't look like something that needs an emergency roll from what I can tell. Or am I missing something? Does this cause problems for you?
