Cant play netflix contenet on my notebook

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open netflix site and login as a user
2. select a show/ movie
3. click play

What is the expected behavior?
unexpected error: Error Code: C7121-1331-P7

What went wrong?
screen went black and showed error code

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.92  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 8743.85.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 20170110.1 r999

i can play netflix in android and windows, just not in chromium

Components: -Internals>Network OS>Systems>Network
 bug 260535  might be related. + OS>Systems>Network since this seems to be ChromeOS specific.
