I'm sort of surprised touch bar buttons participate in a11y. I guess you're saying that Voice Over adds them to the a11y tree?

Given that these buttons are Touch Bar equivalents for existing buttons, it seems like it should not be too difficult to assign them the same a11y labels as their counterparts.

You can use VoiceOver with the touch bar just like an iOS device: running a finger over it announces button titles, and double-tapping activates the selected button.

CL listed at #7 indicated .grd file changes. It is too late to localized string now as string freeze date for M58 was on Feb 17th and we're VERY close to M58 stable promotion.

Just discussed offline: the touch bar will be pushed to M59 so merging this is no longer necessary. Thanks!
