Regression: Alignment of focus is not proper with checkbox on Cast overlay.

Issue descriptionChrome Version:58.0.3025.0 (Official Build)636f441be350ec76e73b4e4f407bf8a7e86984fd-refs/heads/master@{#453134} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, go to NTP and sign-in to Chrome with valid credentials. 2. Select 'Cast' option from wrench menu list to open Cast overlay. 3. Press 'Tab' key twice such that focus reaches to 'Enable casting to...' checkbox. 4. Now, observe the focus on checkbox. Focus is not center aligned with checkbox. Focus should get center aligned with checkbox. This is a regression issue, broken in M-56 series, below is manual regression range. Good build: 56.0.2886.0 Bad build: 56.0.2888.0 Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good Build -- 56.0.2887.0 (revision : 424315) Bad Build -- 56.0.2888.0 (revision : 424625) You are probably looking for a change made after 424354 (known good), but no later than 424355 (first known bad). Thanks for the report. I believe the drop shadow was always slightly misaligned, it just became more noticeable after it was made smaller to not overlap with text.
