Links to bisect bot logs are broken |

Issue descriptionClicking the "Failure reason" stdio link in following bot returns "This site can’t be reached": https://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.chromium.perf/builders/mac_10_12_perf_bisect/builds/55 All other "stdio" links seem also broken.

Unfortunately, since we do release official builds and there is some small potential to leak data about partner code, we must make the perfbot and bisect logs internal-only. Sometimes you need to use uberchromegw like this: https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/tryserver.chromium.perf/builders/mac_10_12_perf_bisect/builds/55 Does that help?
