Steps to reproduce the problem:
Its only occur when I run project locally so not have step for reproduce it but let me explain.

1. AngularJS with Sass, Grunt used in project, So when I try to modify style in Styles window in Elements then chrome goes to stuck/freeze for some time and not reflecting changes quickly on page. 

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should not freeze/hang when modify style in Style window.
