Issue descriptionChrome Version:58.0.3024.0 dev OS:Ubuntu 14.04, Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome,open chrome://welcome/ page (2)Click sign in button to open sign in overlay>>Press tab and Observe (Kindly refer video) Actual Result:while pressing tab,focus is missing on 'X' button of sign in overlay. Expected Result:Instead,focus should be seen on 'X' button of sign in overlay. Able to reproduce this issue on Mac OS Dev #58.0.3023.0 as well. Bisect Information: --------------------- Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, You are probably looking for a change made after 452726 (known good), but no later than 452727 (first known bad).
