I can't reproduce this on a different (non-Samsung) device with Chrome 56 or 58.

I have exactly the same issue. E.g. all _texts_ (i.e. not forms, not images) on default webpage for Squirrelmail-based webmail log-in screen are completely unreadable. When having maximum zoom, text are shown so that font height is just few pixels. Please see attachment with a screenshot of Squirrelmail log-in page. It's not visible everywhere, but I also can confirm problems with e.g. https://et.m.wikipedia.org/ but also English version of Wikipedia. At the same time, http://www.spaceweather.com/ and http://www.aavso.org are shown correctly.

I looked into that report and there all kind of data from my personal phone, I would not like to share that publicly. Is there a way to send that info directly to your team?
