[A11y Assessment - Download bar] Close X focusring is 1-2pt off to the right

Chrome Version:  56.0.2924.87
OS: Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Mac > Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Full keyboard access > All controls ON
(2) Cmd+L, and use Tab key to go to Close X on download bar
(3) See where the focusring is drawn on

What is the expected result?
X and focusring centered

What happens instead?
1-2pt off the right
