(1) Mac > Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Full keyboard access > All controls ON (2) Cmd+L, and use Tab key to go to Show All button on download bar (3) See where the focusring is drawn on What is the expected result? Focusring on the button What happens instead? Focusring on the icon only
