Same issue on the added platforms What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) F6 or Search+6 to focus Omnibox (2) Ctrl+Forward on the top keyboard row to move to bookmark bar (3) Try to open the context menu to remove a bookmark item on the bar

Chrome: 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable) Windows 10 I can access this menu by pressing f6 to get to the bookmarks bar, tabbing to a bookmark, and pressing the applications key.
