[A11y Assessment - Find in Page] Improvements needed when using Find in Page with VoiceOver |
||||||||||||||||||||||||
Issue descriptionChrome Version: 56.0.2924.87 OS: Mac What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Enable VoiceOver (2) Press Ctrl F to open find in page (3) Type some search text, press enter to cycle through matching results With VoiceOver on, if you press Ctrl F to open the find in page box, you can enter text and navigate through the previous, next, or close buttons just fine. But if you press enter or navigate through the matching results, there isn't an easy way to escape and move the screen reader focus to that result. Also, it's not possible to get information about how many matching results were found on the page, or navigate to that result and place focus there. This probably needs some more brainstorming.
