[A11y Assessment - Find in Page] Better button label needed for close button

Project Member Reported by lpalmaro@chromium.org, Feb 26 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.87
OS: Mac

The close button in the find in page UI does say "close button" but it should say "close find box" or something like that to be more specific. Otherwise, the user doesn't know what they are closing.

This is happening on Windows as well JAWS and ZoomText but NVDA has a more verbose label that is appropriate.

Google Chrome 64.0.3251.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: 64-Bit)
Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1607 Build 14393.1770
NVDA 2017.3
JAWS 2018.1710.42 private preview release
ZoomText Private Beta - 11.7.11.410

JAWS and ZoomText both just say "close button"

NVDA says "close button close find bar" which is appropriate.
