[A11y Assessment - Toolbar Buttons] Poor contrast of zoom level in Chrome more options menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open the Chrome more options menu (3 dots)

The zoom percentage is light gray to indicate that it's not editable text, but it's poor contrast. We should make this a darker color to meet 4.5:1.
