Issue descriptionIt works as expected without --headless. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. google-chrome-unstable --remote-debugging-port=9222 --headless 2. curl -s http://localhost:9222/json/version | grep '"Browser"' What is the expected behavior? "Browser": "Chrome/58.0.3018.3", What went wrong? "Browser": "", Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3018.3 Channel: dev (?) OS Version: Debian GNU/Linux 8 Flash Version: n.a.

Able to reproduce the issue on Linux ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest Canary-58.0.3024.0 as per the steps in comment#0. This in regression issue broken in beta-57.0.2987.54 & Working as expected in earlier builds of beta . Unable to provide bisect as we need to run above 2 steps via 2 different command prompt sessions to proceed. Hence marking this issue as 'Untriaged'. Note: Issue specific to Linux OS. Thank you.
