WKWebView fires extra KVO calls for title property (remove TODO from the test)

Steps to reproduce:

1.) Load "<title>Title1</title>" Html into WKWebView with title
2.) Execute "window.document.title = 'Title2';" JavaScript

Actual result:
title KVO callback is fired 4 times:
"Title1"
"Title2"
""
"Title1"

Expected result:
KVO callback should fire 2 times:
"Title1"
"Title2"

This bug is filed to track WKWebView bug and remove workaround from tests whet it's fixed.
