Focus shown in omnibox and page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) launch chrome
(2) click in textbox on page

Notice both the omnibox and textbox are flashing. Only one place should have focus.

Not sure if I just happened to have built a bad revision.

You might; I don't see this from my current dev build.

(at least via chromoting, though I recall checking for these dual cursors at some point in the past and didn't see it then either)
