The graphs seem to indicate a "trend" of regressing, but it could also be considered "in the noise." Bisects aren't working, so I can't isolate the exact change.

skyostil/brianderson: As owners, I'll leave it up to you how to proceed here.
Let's see if the bisect comes back this time. Didn't spot anything in the changelog.

Looks like there was definitely something here -- it's especially apparent with the blank page with a touch handler. It seems to have recovered now but I didn't spot any clear culprit from the log -- maybe this revert related to rAF aligned input?
