The graphs seem to indicate a "trend" of regressing, but it could also be considered "in the noise." Bisects aren't working, so I can't isolate the exact change. skyostil/brianderson: As owners, I'll leave it up to you how to proceed here.

Looks like there was definitely something here -- it's especially apparent with the blank page with a touch handler.
