Issue descriptionChrome OS: 9313.0.0, 58.0.3021.0 Manual test bug showing mirror mode doesn't work for all monitors/all boards (including logs and screenshots): https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=696048 Autotest results for same build: https://wmatrix.googleplex.com/unfiltered?suites=chameleon_hdmi_perbuild&days_back=7&releases=58&builds=R58-9313.0.0 Tested on samus, yuna, wolf, terra, etc.
