Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Take a picture from any ARC camera app 
(2)Check the image folder under file.app
(3)Try to delete it

Expected Result:delete icon to deletethe file

Actual Result:no no icon nor no option when right click

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
