ainslie, who's the right UI person to own this?  bettes?

A while back we said all infobars should have an icon, but this is one of a couple that are missing one.  (BAD_FLAGS_PROMPT and SHOW_PASSKIT_INFOBAR_ERROR_DELEGATE are two others.)

bettes@ is the right owner. 
(my gut reaction: using the little building icon sounds reasonable)

For BAD_FLAGS and PASSKIT, I wonder if the generic warning would work? 
Though it might be a bit too aggressive for PASSKIT ...

This issue has been Available for over a year. If it's no longer important or seems unlikely to be fixed, please consider closing it out. If it is important, please re-triage the issue.
