Issue descriptionOS: Linux/Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Enable account consistency (2) Open the profile switcher menu (3) Show the account list related to the account consistency What is the expected result? If there is no reauthentication required, the account should not be clickable and should not look like it is disabled https://screenshot.googleplex.com/VLsvKOVWMY3 What happens instead?
