UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any image in a new tab
2. Change its scale

What is the expected behavior?
The scale should not be remembered for the images (like in Firefox). Very tiring every time press Ctrl+0 after zoom in/out.

What went wrong?
Image zoom is remembered after we change the scale.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Steps followed:

2.Saved the image and re-checked.

@ 5silentrain: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible, provide us with a expected behavior/sample image of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.

Thanks in Advance.

Thanks for providing the detailed video.
Tested the issue on chrome Stable #54.0.2840.59,Dev #58.0.3029.6 & Canary 59.0.3034.0 in Windows 10.0 & 7 and was able to reproduce the issue.

This is a Non-Regression issue since seeing this from M30 #30.0.1549.0, Making the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

Note : Able to reproduce the issue in MAC 10.12 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04.

Thank you.
