Issue descriptionVersion: 58.0.3022.0 55a8e3f7414855960a20135217d32de930466f3d-refs/heads/master@{#452713} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/searchEngines 2. Now bring grey focus highlight on iron icon of default search engine by pressing 'Tab' key 3. Now place mouse cursor over search setting search field,an I beam pointer is seen and then press 'Space bar' key and observe the mouse cursor Actual: Unnecessarily mouse cursor turns into arrow pointer instead of I beam pointer after pressing 'Space bar' key Expected: I beam pointer should be seen instead of arrow pointer after pressing 'Space bar' key This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 56’ and will soon update other info : Good build:56.0.2891.0 Bad build: 56.0.2894.0

This is WAI. When the action menu is open, you can't interact with the rest of the page until the menu is closed, so the mouse pointer reflects that. |
