Focus is lost after pressing 'tab' key on save button in manage people overlay.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 58.0.3021.0 (Official Build)Revision 24ff81d5bbced05323d0ea9a56b3cac756015c7d-refs/heads/master@{#452347} (64-bit)
OS:Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and login into browser with valid credentials.
(2)Click on avatar icon > Manage people > Add person such that overlay appears.
(3)Now press tab key and observe the focus traverse.

Actual: Focus is lost after pressing 'tab' key on save button.

Expected: Focus should be seen on edit person field after pressing 'tab' key on save button.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M53' series i.e 53.0.2753.0

Note: Issue not seen on Win & Linux OS.

The focus isn't entirely lost; it seems like there is something between the [Save] button and the name field. If you keep tabbing you get back to where you started.
