Regression : Grey highlight stays on '>>' icon even after mouse cursor is moved in devtools

Issue descriptionVersion: 58.0.3022.0 55a8e3f7414855960a20135217d32de930466f3d-refs/heads/master@{#452713} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,),Linux (14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools 2. Now click on 'restore down' button on top RHS of browser window and then click on '>>' in devtools window to open more option list 3. Now keeping more option list open resize the browser window from bottom to top and observe grey highlight on '>>' icon Actual: Grey highlight stays on '>>' icon even after mouse cursor is moved Expected: Grey highlight on '>>' icon should disappear after mouse cursor is moved This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 50’ and will soon update other info : Good build:50.0.2653.2 Bad build: 50.0.2654.0 Note : Above issue is not seen on Mac OS and Windows 10 OS.

Provided hasbisect instead of per-revision bisect script as the reproduction of the issue is in the invoked chrome builds was inconsistent. Thank You.

This doesn't look like a DevTools issue. When a context menu is active, elements are left in a hover state when focus leaves chrome. See: https://jsfiddle.net/6pt3ux77/ Suspecting: https://crrev.com/eee68fae914198693c60c9691b53f25b338560e7 |
