I'm able to launch the Virtual keyboard on 57.0.2987.112/9202.53.0 - Glimmer.

Is this being worked on? Stylus click does not fire touch keyboard in input boxes on a surface pro 4 for example. 

On a side note double clicking with stylus does not select plain text words. Tripple clicking does not select paragraph. 

Double clicking with stylus does not seem to work well in general. Related?

This bug is for Chrome OS, not Windows. http://crbug.com/497381 is related?

I think this should have been fixed. Please reopen if it reproduces.
