kevin: rev repair firmwares and images

Here's what atest says are the stable versions for kevin boards today: 
kevin | R57-9202.28.0
kevin/rwfw | Google_Kevin.8785.149.0

We want to update the firmware for the DUTs in the lab to prevent potential failures from:
http://crosbug.com/p/63025

So please update the repair image as
R57-9202.36.0, which will update the firmware to Google_Kevin.8785.157.0

This got updated earlier in the week:
    $ atest stable_version list | grep kevin
    kevin/rwfw             | Google_Kevin.8785.157.0
    kevin                  | R57-9202.36.0
