[Chell] Unable to display on Extended Monitor most of the time

Chrome Version: 57.0.2987.75 beta 
OS: 9202.37.0 (Official Build) beta-channel chell

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Play some audio on the device
(2)Plug in the extended monitor - ASUS PB278 (using HDMI cable) 


What is the expected result?
Extended display is connected and audio plays

What happens instead?
Extended display tries to connect, but never connects most of the times

Note:
Tried with another extended monitor(HP Z 32x - HSTND-9081-A) without audio and displays fine without any issues.

Is 1) important here? i.e. If we do not exercise audio before HDMI hotplug, do we get the external display working OK?

Yes, it works fine when we do not exercise audio before HDMI hotplug.  

Now it seems to be working fine.  Will close the bug for now and reopen if I come across the issue.
