Touch screen sometimes not responsive after lastest update

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:51.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/51.0
Platform: 9000.82.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turn on the chromebook
2. Touch the screen
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
After the lastest chrome os update the touch screen on many of our chromebooks seem to only work sometimes.

Did this work before? Yes 55.0.2883.105

Tim, can you file feedback from an affected machine? Put "@adlr" in the description field along with the problem description. I can then take a look and see what the issue is.

What model of Chromebook is this?
The issue actually fixed it's self in version 57. It was a Dell Chromebook 11 3120
Components: -UI UI>Input>Touch Internals>Input>Touch>Screen
Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
