Large position on composited absolute causes relative sibling to disappear

Project Member Reported by schenney@chromium.org, Feb 23 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: ToT
OS: All

Having an absolutely positioned item with a large left value inside a parent with certain transforms or other effects that use GPU acceleration will cause other children of that parent with non-static positions to become invisible.

http://jsbin.com/gokucijovi/edit?html,css,output

The workaround is to not push things so far off screen.

Still broken. This looks most like an integer overflow problem on layer positions. I'm tempted to WontFix it.

Thoughts?
