Issue descriptionIf a build uses a canary swarming template, indicated by presence of "buildbucket_template_canary:true" swarming task tag, clearly communicate to the users on the build page that - this build uses canary version of LUCI - if you suspect that it failed b/c infra, retry the build. Next time it may use non-canary version
