Ensure Physical Web links can deep link into app

When I install an app and then search for its domain on google.com tapping on the URL will ask me if I wish to open in-app.  This works from Search app as well as google.com page from within Chrome.

However, if I set up a URL beacon and tap the result from Physical Web list or omnibox, it does not ask if it should intent out into the installed app.
