Enabling "Group history by domain" (#enable-grouped-history) breaks the Material Design interface of History page

Reported by xandar.s...@gmail.com, Feb 23 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.74 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open "chrome://flags"
2. Enable "Group history by domain" (#enable-grouped-history) feature
3. Relaunch browser
4. Open chrome://history

What is the expected behavior?
History is grouped by domain without affecting the Material Design interface.

What went wrong?
The interface of History page returns to its "old" design (not the Material Design) when enabling "Group history by domain" feature, even with the "Enable Material Design history" feature set as "Enabled".

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.74 Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Problem resolved after disabling the "Group history by domain"

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce this issue on Widows-10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.12 using chrome M57 #57.0.2987.74. Observing same issue on earlier version of chrome M53 #53.0.2766.0. So considering this issue to be a non-regression one and marking it as untriaged.

Thanks!
