What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) (sorry for my bad english) Open inspect element
(2) Put tbe inspect element window in dock size: undock
(3) Put the browser in full screen
(4) Go to inspect element window
(5) Go to browser and exit full screen mode
(6) try to exit full screen mode in inspect element window (without a command)
