Unable to find a possible suspect. @sebmarchand: Assigning to you, kindly have a look into it. Please help us to find an owner to get this issue fixed. Also adding infra troopers so that they can take a look into it.

It's probably just another flakiness but I don't remember having seen this error code before... Bruce, does it sound familiar: error C2471: cannot update program database '@?' ?

I have not seen that error before. If it is consistent then we could build harfbuzz with /Z7, but that comes with costs so we shouldn't do that if not necessary.
