Enable DRM atomic on 4.4 intel cros devices.

DRM atomic interface for Intel drivers should be merged to 4.4 kernel soon.

This feature will be necessary for hw overlays and explicit sync.

This bug is to keep track and make sure we enable DRM atomic as soon as we can.
