Using this page https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/adminComponents I assigned admins for many of our components, but there are still a couple more that don't have admins. AFAICT, admins are the only way to figure out who can help with a bug that isn't being looked at.

It seems like we should make sure there are admins for all of our components, and we should delete components that aren't in use/don't make sense anymore.
