Misaligned window controls after full screen window is shrunk through Mission Control

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create new Chromium window 2. Full screen the window with the green title bar button 3. Zoom out to Mission Control overview (Spaces) with trackpad gesture or keyboard shortcut 4. Hover over Chromium space thumbnail 5. Click the "shrink" button 6. Click Chromium window What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Tab bar and window controls (red/yellow/green buttons) are misaligned compared to a normal window. Very minor cosmetic bug. Did this work before? Thanks for the report. I can reproduce it with Chrome Version 58.0.3024.0 canary (64-bit) on OSX 10.12.3. But the created new window from step 1 must touch the Menubar and the bottom of the screen to reproduce the issue. A screencast is attached.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.2 using chrome stable (reported) version-56.0.2924.87 and Canary-58.0.3024.0 as per the steps mentioned in comment#0. Issue not observed even chrome window touch the Menubar and the bottom of the screen. Please find the attached screencast & let us know if we miss any steps to reproduce the issue. Note: Issue is specific to Mac Thanks!!

Able to reproduce. I didn't understand the steps at first. Including a screenshot of the Space from the Spaces listing at the top of the screen, showing the "shrink" button that appears when you hover over the fullscreen space.
